Shipping Policy -----
All completed purchases will be filled out by the shipping manager in as timely manner as possible.
Items ready to ship will be marked as fulfilled on your purchase record and a written receipt will be included in your parcel.
Items are arranged to ship every Monday, unless interrupted by a holiday wherein items will ship out on Tuesday.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for basic mail to reach you. Border crossing and international shipping usually experience longer transit times than tracked or express shipping.
We can not track items that do not have a tracking number attached.
Tracked shipping may be applied at the point of completing your purchase by choosing a higher shipping value which designates tracking or express post.
We can/will update you with a tracked number for your shipment in this scenario.
If you would like to apply additional shipping notes after your purchase (such as add tracking or express post), please contact us with your questions or special requests:
All sales are final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Books and INKS are exempt from being returned.
~ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to notify replacement for an item send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your item is received at medARTpro headquarters we will assess and send a replacement item.
